Photos below show the construction progressing on Tower One and WTC #4.  The concrete core in these buildings incorporate high-strength, self-consolidating concrete with compressive strengths up to14,000psi and modulus of elasticity over 7-million psi.  The mix designs used in the 12,000psi and 14,000psi concrete 300lbs or less of cement per cubic yard, replacing between 68-74% of the cement with SCMs including up to 6% of silica fume.
